Went here to drop off a DHL package for which I had already paid. They wouldn't ship without collecting my name, address, phone number, e-mail and adding it to their system. After that, they told me I need another shipping label in addition to the two I had already attached to the package, and that they could print it for me, but the prints were .35 cents and there was a $10 minimum on cards. I told them I'll just take it somewhere else and they said "ok." I ended up taking my package to Pronto Print & Ship in Collingswood, walked in, handed the package to them, they scanned it, handed me a receipt, and I walked out. I guess they're ok with losing a customer over .35 cents? But doesn't seem like they know what they're doing regardless.
They advertise that they provide notary services in the shop window and on their website. You would think since it is advertised that someone will be on hand to do this. WRONG! Went on my lunch break and no one was there to notarize. Called when I got back at work to see when the person is there and was told..."Oh...she is on vacation. The owner does it, but I don't know when he will be in, but I applied to be one and I am waiting on my certificate to come in." If you can't provide a service then don't advertise that you do! I will never go there again.
My daughter took a package here for me and they charged her $85.94 for a 15lb package to Kentucky. First charged commercial rates for a residential package, sent it 3 day when not asked and automatically insured without asking. Took the package somewhere else and it was less than $25.00
