Edwin, We are happy to repair customer vehicles left in our facility. It is my understanding you wanted an estimate only and you have never been here before and would not leave the vehicle. It is impossible for us to give an exact estimate for collision damage if you do not leave the vehicle with us because there is often hidden damage in a collision. If you would like to have you vehicle repaired then leave the vehicle and we will give you the best possible price and service.

If there was a way to rate no stars I would. They are so unprofessional, I went in on November 4 because someone hit my truck, all I asked for was an ESTIMATE!! they said they will send it till the same day. Its November 12 still dont have it. I have called in every day they said they will get back to me, Nothing. I spoke to the person in charge of the estimate he told me yesterday November 11 I would get it by the end of the day till now nothing once I find out his name I will post it up.. no one should go here if it was only for service, I would image how they are for sales.

BUYER BEWARE ! I own a local family business in New York, and buying my Mitsubishi Fuso from Jim Reed was the worst mistake I've ever made. Within the first year I had to bring the truck to them almost half a dozen times for misc. repairs and warranty work. After Jim Reed's dealership having the truck more than myself I tried to find a solution to the almost monthly problems we were having with the truck to which I was handed off from person to person and thrown in circles until eventually I just didn't have the time to spend on the phone with them everyday so I just gave up. Now I have another problem with the truck where it is out of commission for two months already. After calling almost twice a week for the past two months, today they inform they will not have the part for at least another month. The truck is less then 3 years old and has already spent almost 1 year sitting for repairs. I contacted Jim Reed's dealership again today because I desperately need the truck for my business and again they gave me the run around, throwing me in circles and handing me off to the next person. They are not out to help the customer and not out to help local family businesses. I will never do business with them again and I highly recommend doing more research and do business with other dealers.
