Terrible service! Dont get trapped into Itabs pos or anything this company offers! They call you everyday to sell you their services and after you sign they dont even return your call until maybe 3 days later. They also charge you for phone calls, when you figure out how to fix it yourself eventually. When running a business and you need your POS system to work dont count on these guys! Terrible! We tried to support a local business but ended up paying a lot of unnecessary fees and costs for a POS system that lost us a lot of sales because their system was not working or connecting. It doesnt matter if its the iPads Bluetooth, why dont you make your own tablet that doesnt disconnect so much, after paying thousands and thousands of dollars for the system you should not have to deals with these type of problems. So disappointed! Then when we try to end services they send all these unpaid invoices that came out of nowhere. Someone warned me about this company and I should have listened before. Please dont make the mistake we did and dont get fooled by this company.
Please stay clear of this company. tech support will never call you back unless you prepay $900 for "service hours". keep in mind after 12 months you lose the "service hours" and must pay another $900. any business owners can attest, troubleshooting doesn't just exist monday-friday 8-5 and that sometimes things may occur after hours or weekends. there are many cheaper and great technical support POS options out there, do your research and stay clear of doing business with these guys. but if you enjoy the stress and the run around, this company may be for you.
