When I read that this place offers competitive pricing and fast turn around time I figured I call and see what a single 2 inch letter on towels would cost me. I was told 20 - 25 bucks with a turn around time of 3 weeks. I am no rocket scientist, but that is pricey and a very lengthy time to complete such a mini job. I called other places and guess that average price for job like this is between 12.99 - 15.99 depending on the size. So, I would definitely ask around before just giving this company business. Maybe the positive reviews regarding pricing and fast turn around time include some "friends and family" discount. Hope this helps! :)

I'm sorry you had a poor experience. As per our conversation on the phone, we do everything by appointment only, as stated on our door. By scheduling an appointment we are able to customize your visit. When you are bringing in a dog, we can be prepared to have our dog in the back. We can also have the time set aside to assist you. When you walked in we had 2 other scheduled appointments we were assisting. We would be happy to assist you in the future should you change your mind. Thank you for reaching out.

We will not expose your business with further reviews if you agree to just apologize for the poor customer service my husband encountered today because he didnt deserve that treatment as a customer. I will not go on into details as we are professionals, Christians and believe that people deserve a second chance. Our review is honest and based on our customer experience at your business today. I even called your business to discuss our concerns and the response was dry and cold and then when I posted the review, you then decided to call my husband and asked him to not post a review to avoid poor ratings. I called you before the post to work things out but you didnt seem to care, thus, this review was followed. You or your business partner should have thought of this before you treated my husband who traveled a long way to come to your business. Please try to provide all of your customers the same great service that your other customers provided on Google. I wish nothing but the best for your business and you all take care. Thanks.

Really, 4.5 stars and rounding up. The ONLY reason it's not a full 5 stars is because there were a few mix-ups with our (quite complicated) order, but they fixed them quickly and free of charge. Heike and the staff were very professional and helpful. They even let me take samples back to my office multiple times so that my coworkers could see and feel the shirts! Plus, because we are a nonprofit with a tight budget, they gave us a small discount. The shirts were high quality and the embroidery work was perfect. Overall, a fantastic business. I would go back.

Chris and Rich's Stitches is amazing!! I needed a last minute order and they completely saved me! The jerseys we ordered were great quality and the design was awesome. I am so happy I ordered through them and I will most definitely be ordering through them again. I have already suggested Rich's Stitches to other greek life organizations and groups from U of R.
