Bought two items three weeks ago. They haven't arrived. Contacted customer service who sent me the same generic reply each time. Requested a refund with no reply. My only solution now is to raise a dispute with PayPal which could take 30 days before I get my money back. I have purchased here before and never had any issues. Very disappointed and will not be chancing them again. Worst customer service ever.

I have used this site several times with no issues whatsoever. They are prompt, the goods are as described, I have not yet had to return anything, so can not comment on that. The only real issue is I want to spend more money here :) and the quality of the goods doesn't match my golf (that is a good thing).

Firstly, apologies for your inconvenience. Like all other Air Jordan retailers we are continually challenged by sneaker bots. Unfortunately, in this case, the product was in such high demand that our international checkout could not handle the volume and we oversold in error. This is certainly not a regular occurrence or a normal daily order. Our stock is live, and we don't ever set out to sell products that we don't have; sadly international orders take a little longer to validate than domestic ones and this can happen when stock sells out in under a minute. We're working on a solution for these launches, probably a raffle scenario but it's very hard to guage popularity. Case in point, Jordan XII's on Monday did not sell out immediately.
