I moved in about a month ago and am surprised at the lack of organization at the front office. Even more shocked at their inability to take feedback on their broken, unorganized system. I tried to give the following feedback but all I got was a justification rather than an acceptance. There is nothing personal about systemic feedback. Maybe it is time to reflect. The initial move in was good, but afterwards any maintenance service request was quite chaotic/half-done BTW It has only been 1 month since I moved in and all this! I had asked about a lightbulb to be fixed and I was told maintenance would come in the next day, the next day,,,and to date they never showed up to replace a bulb! On 6/22(yesterday) I had my apartment on the ground floor flooded. Despite realizing that it was an apartment wide issue, the response to it was chaotic and the manager who makes calls on the reimbursement was conveniently out of office with no one in charge to "make calls". Any organization should give authorization to Asst Manager if a situation like this arises. RIDICULOUS! - There was no e-mail or heads up sent by the office addressing and asking all people on ground floor to check and make sure their apartment was flooded...Sometimes it could be minor but if we didn't see it or missed it there's literally a chance it could form mold - To apartments that were flooded, unless I pushed a little, I wouldn't have gotten maintenance to come and even look at it. I was told initially that it might take them 48hours and then when I pushed someone was surprisingly able to show up in 5 mins (really?!) - When I researched about water damage, MOLD was one of them...I called the office again and asked about blowers and potential reimbursement if I rented some. Only when I asked the office, did they end up saying they MIGHT have blowers. - Finally, when I tried to give them feedback on the chaotic and unorganized system they have in place for maintenance...I was simply dismissed and told that they would contact maintenance. For an apartment in the domain where you pay $1300 rents you certainly expect a lot better service! I am stuck here for a year with this, but if you can, just head to the Gallery or Residence (much better Service)

This Review is specifically for the leasing office and the associated staff. After the switch from IMT to Griffis, the quality has decreased a lot. They will make you constantly work. I renewed my lease with IMT but after the takeover by Griffis, they held me responsible for retrieving the old lease from IMT. They would post random charges in middle of the month and expect you to pay it in a few days, rather then add it to next months auto pay. If you fail to do it, your credit score would be hit. The refunds/adjustments however are not treated with the same urgency. And, you cannot use your regular method to make the above said mid month payments. I signed my recent renewal 3 time, because their system was not accepting it for some reason, every time the lease amount went up. I have been living in the same apartment for over an year and they would not even clean the carpet. The demeanor of the leasing staff is unfriendly and rude sometimes. I would highly recommend a basic training in Service Industry etiquette. The building is great and cheap, an overtly aggressive and unfriendly office staff is what you would pay in exchange for saving some money.

The staff is wonderful and the property is beautiful. The location is perfect, right on the edge of The Domian but still close enough to enjoy the area.

As stated in other reviews, security is a big issue here. My bike was stolen within a week of me moving in, and there are no security cameras around. These apartments can also get pretty trashy because people have been tossing their cigarette butts inside the building (even on the 3rd and 4th floors). My unit is OK but I learned quickly that im paying for the location, not for quality. Im giving 2 stars because the office staff is nice, maintenance has been quick, and the location is convenient.
