I am a native Texan and embarrassed by Tx Tag. The Customer Service Reps Ive spoken to are ill trained, if trained at all. The site, customer service & contact us website is so bizarre. I tried putting my only two emails in & it refused them saying theyre not connected to my account. Not sure why an entity this large cant fix these issues or why they dont seem embarrassed in letting this situation continue on with 1star reviews.
What a pathetic service is this, DO REVIEWS REALLY WORKING if no then why they are not improving. This is very unprofessional mail we received from txtag stated that i have to pay fine for the vehicle i didn't own now, and later we came to know they sent mail because of their error and its from other vehicle all alphanumeric number matched except one.this is insane totally irresponsibility which kills our valuable time for nothing.
Ok, so I know Im in the minority here, but I just called to see if I had an astronomical bill from going through the toll several times in the last few months. (Dont have a tag) Though I will say the auto instructions were a little confusing, I got someone right away who was helpful...Time will tell if the information given was correct.
Seems to be getting worse. There's not even an option for you view all vehicles on your account anymore on the website. Barely functional system.
