Hello Danijela Narancic, We are puzzled by the fact that you gave us a one-star review. On 5-19-20 at 5:35 pm, which is after our normal business hours, you sent us an email and asked: " How much are the t-shirts". 2 minutes later, you sent another email with the same question, but from a slightly different email address. Within the hour, I emailed you back asking for more information since we have never spoken on the phone and this was the first email correspondence we have had with you. My email back to you was, "Hello Danijela, Thank you for your email. We would be happy to send you a price. Do you have any artwork you can send us? Also, what type of shirt are you looking for? Thanks, Shirt Printing 4U" Only one hour had passed from the time we received your initial email up to the time you gave us a one-star rating, and we had no information to work with which was mentioned in our follow-up email. I can only assume that you made a mistake by giving us a one-star review since we have not even had the chance to work with you, or this is a classic negative review by our competition since this is your first Google review ever. Whichever the case, we are always here to help, and if you provide us with the job details, we would be happy to assist you with an estimate. Please note that because all jobs are unique and custom, there is no set pricing we could offer you without having your order details first, as is standard in our industry. It was an ok experience i had to wait so long for one shirt to be made. They claim to get service same day but that isn't true. Overall I may not go back although the guys who work here are nice but I just didn't like to have to wait two days before my order was ready.
