We're sorry to hear that you weren't pleased with our store. We're not a traditional surplus store by design, but understand that can be a bit frustrating if you're looking for something specific. We only carry modern surplus, and we stick to uniforms and nylon gear. We do have lots of new product as well. Unfortunately, the coronavirus pandemic has hurt our ability to keep as much surplus inventory in stock as we would normally carry. I had an order from them that I never received, and after talking to my local post office I concluded it was either misdelivered or stolen. I let their customer support know about this and after three business days I had yet to hear a response. I then followed up and asked for a refund and noted that the package was insured, and again after more than a week I have not heard anything back.
