Was our favorite neighborhood store for 15 years! Now had terrible service last 2 weeks. Ordered items in bigger size (not to buy online). Was never called back. Went to store personally. Bounced me back between 2 locations. Nothing had been ordered. Was promised again with call (Daniela). Never got a call back. Ordering on line today and probably in the future. Good Customer service for locals should be your priority.
