Eyebrow threading service as good. Masks worn throughout the procedure, but I was a bit disturbed that the technician lowered her mask while saying goodbye and asking me to leave a review. I hope they continue to take things seriously, given the environment and type of work

Thanks for your review Saron. Its obvious to see from hundreds of positive reviews and my daily Instagram stories that I work 7 days a week over 60hours seeing about 40+ clients and this was a one off due to a small error on my part apologies. I text the number I have on file at 11:30am this morning to explain that I was sure I sent a text to cancel your 10am appointment but text the wrong client by mistake. Im human and I make mistakes. Seeing you with a 50% discount or reimbursing travel costs would have been no bother at all. Apologies again and I hope you have a great Xmas all the same! X

Booked appointment online I got there on time ,the shop was closed ,I keep calling the number nobody answered.Stayed on the cold out side for half an hour hoping someone will replay as my booking was comfirmed again and again even on the day of the appointment.I messaged them on there Instagram...still no answer.Very dissapointed I traveled a long way couse I thought they were professional people by the look of their Instagram posts.

Had my Ombre Microblading completed my Inis yesterday. It was for a top up. I can honestly say I walked out with a smile on my face. She really took her time to meet my personal needs on how I do my brows myself and the shape that I like. She knows how to accommodate different eyebrow shapes with different faces. Every step of the way she always asked me if I was happy or wanted anything else touched up. Honestly book with her , she really loves her job and has a great personality , able to build rapport with her clients. I walked out Bella Brows feeling like a Goddess

I had my brows micro-bladed by Debbie. I absolutely love them, she done such a great job at making me feel comfortable with the treatment. Very thorough and professional, I am booked back in for lvl and cant wait to try the other services on offer when the salons reopen.

I had microblading done at this place for the first time and wish that I had not gone to Bella lash brow. The eyebrows are not symmetrical and look really bad. I contacted them twice asking them to fix it but ignored and never heard back from them. I end up having to go to a different place to get it fixed. Needless to say that I'm disappointed and will not be returning!
