I needed new frames for my glasses and was told my lenses wouldn't fit in any other frames but the type I already had, which I'd bought from them about 3 years ago and they didn't have in stock. I then went to Walmart and was in and out of there in about 15 minutes with my lenses mounted in new frames that cost about a third of what Eye Spy wanted. I don't know why I was lied to by Eye Spy but I won't be going back there.

The staff is friendly and the office is very clean. They always have a large variety of quality frames to choose from. We have been going to Eye Spy for several years. Never have had a bad experience.

It was a terrible experience for eye spy optometric ..i got my eye check up february 15 and then i call march 5 to follow up if the glasses is ready they said yes.march 7 saturday i came to pick up for 15 mins they cant find it.i give them until monday.my glass is expensive...
