I would absolutely not order from this company. I placed an order and was unable to track it. After one week demanded a refund and was given one. I was first told the problem was with UPS and their system. Then I was told it was lost in transit. I had one item that was for a birthday party I was going to. So because I was jerked around I was not even given enough time for an order for another company to arrive on time. Don't waste your time or money.
Teepublic got ahold of my email somehow and has repeatedly cold-contacted me to open a shop. After a very unprofessional/incompetent exchange their Customer Service promised me their rep Jack would never contact me again. Low and behold, a year later Jack breaks his promise, starts emailing me like we're buds, and Teepublic breaks out the same lather-rinse-repeat excuse for his behavior. Why would I ever do business with an internet-based company that can't sort out basic email usage? Honestly, report these cold-contacts as spam and save yourself the grief.
It is very rare that you experience great customer service these days. Upon receiving 8 shirts for my wife and I, we realized that the sizes we ordered were much too big. We contacted customer service and their response was extremely prompt. Tee Public cares about their customers and that is a quality you dont find in many companies. Because of the service alone, we will share our story with others and definitely purchase again!
I ordered a long sleeve tshirt trying to patronize this business, they sent me the wrong size, ok, mistakes happen, so I informed them of "their mistake" which I was contacted via email by their crummy customer service, people spend their hard earned money and receive whatever this company feels as if you want. Oh it gets better, I tried being nice and gave them a second chance, but again, no product and no response about where it is! Please don't waste your time with this company, I'm deeply disappointed, NEVER AGAIN.........
