Hi George, sorry you found it too busy. It's been a problem over the past couple of months. We have been trying to limit the numbers, but it simply isn't always possible - not everyone pays attention to the many signs we have up. I have to say I'm disappointed to receive a three star review on the basis of temporary overcrowding, though. Perhaps you might consider returning and reconsidering your rating?

Good selection however the shop was massively overcrowded so left without purchasing anything as you couldnt get to certain parts. Even though they state on the window about controlling customer numbers.
Hi Lola. I'm very sorry you feel that way. I understand it was because you were asked to wait outside because the shop was already overfull. It's been difficult to keep the numbers down in the shop at times, trying stick to the guidelines, and people don't always notice the signs requesting patience if the shop is full. I can only apologise if you felt you were treated poorly.

Staffs customer service was appalling and they were extremely rude. I DONT reccomend.
I bought some wonderful pieces from here, there's something for everyone. From the expensive and rare to smaller but still beautiful pieces- I urge anyone and everyone to at least pop in for a look around
