Very sorry about the COA mixup and we fixed as soon as we learned of the problem. The paper is not ordinary A11 and it is custom printed and pressed with a raised seal. Furthermore, we state on our website the following on the product page you ordered: "NOTE: "Cleaned and Complete" antique guns are often cleaned to order, so these may not be available for same-day expedited shipping. International orders of antique firearms MUST be shipped using UPS WW Services (courier). USPS Priority Mail international will not accept these." Additionally, we placed your order on hold until we could verify the card details as international orders over $1000 shipped to a different address in the USA is typical of fraud. This was both for your protection and ours. We apologize for any communication issues but we believe you got a great product and any problems we addressed. We are not Amazon selling $15 iPhone cases with same day delivery, you ordered a 150+ year old gun, which we stripped down, cleaned, replaced parts, tested and shipped within 2 weeks of you ordering. We did communicate with you throughout the process and have an email from you saying that the delay was OK. Sorry you are so upset.

Posting on google, because they TOOK DOWN my review on their website! Total disappointment! A birthday of dear person in California was coming up. Ten days prior, selected martini-henry as a present. With free delivery, the parcel would come in late, so during checkout I specifically paid extra $50 for expedited shipping, to make sure it will be in time. Firstly my order was put on 'fraud -prevention hold and I received an email asking to provide 'ID and photo of credit card'. I reluctantly complied, within a few hours. But never got any reply for days! Had to place 2 expensive international calls, and finally received a verbal OK, but still no email! Then, after i kept writing, and a week after the order, I finally get an reply saying that I had to wait 2-4 weeks for rifle being cleaned & prepared! Had a lot of embarrassment when my present arrived 4 weeks late! In fact, I got to the USA sooner then my present! A cherry on the top: I paid extra $20 for a Certificate of Authenticity. When person finally got my late present, the certificate inside was wrong! I was for a 1830 kentucky rifle instead of martini henry! (they mailed a correct one after I complained). BTW certificate turned out to be a piece of ordinary A4 paper cut in half( Last time I order at IMA & recommend you avoid them.
First of all, nice anonymous review. Now for the facts- We supplied every film listed on our website. For each film we sold directly to the armorer, costume department, set decorator, or prop department. We were never contracted by the producer for any of those positions, nor would we want to be, and therefore are not in the credits. In fact, we recently supplied John Wick 3 and wont be in the credits but can produce the invoices that were paid by the production company. We can also provide invoices for any film we listed as supplying material for. In regard to largest in the world... What other Military Antiques company in the world ships over 45,000 orders a year, for many millions of dollars in sales, and has over 50,000 sqft of full warehouse space? You can speculate all you want, and may not like our prices, but your public statements are false regarding our film supply and business practices which is consistent with using a fake account to post - be a man, use your real name, and own the lies you spew.

wow! and I thought Craig Gottlieb was bad about deceptive self promotion! read the fine print... they don't appear on the credits for ANY of the movies... this is false advertising. Their prices are 3x to 5x above high market value! They bill themselves as the "largest military collectible business in the world." Don't believe this false advertising which is designed to lure you into a sense of confidence about their business and business practices. There are many other reputable sellers of militaria that will give you a fair deal AS WELL as really know what they are talking about!
Thanks very much. Were happy you like what we do and how we do it!

I love International Military Antiques! Their service is great and well managed. I am a huge fan of Pawn Stars and will continue buying from International Military Antiques for a while. I have added so much to my collecting and most of it is from International Military Antiques. Their inventory is so big and they always have what I am looking for. I 1000% recommend buying.
We clearly state in multiple locations on our website including the product page of the item you purchased that our antique rifles which are between 125 and 300 years old are not suitable for firing. Additionally, our return policy and terms of service clearly state that any antique gun which has been fired or altered is not ever returnable. We also do not offer any kind of warranty on a antique gun. Finally, you purchased a hand made Nepalese copy of a Snider rifle not a British factory built version so complaining that the chamber was "out of spec" is just silly. In the 1860s and 1870s when your gun was being built in the Himalayas by Ghukha craftsmen there were no "specs" to speak of, which is precisely why we do not sell these guns so they may be fired. You made a choice to ignore our recommendations and policies and now you are complaining about the known consequences of your own choices. This is a sad example of a lack of integrity and honesty on your part.

Long story short, I paid 1200.00 for a snider rifle, in the order in writing I explained that I am going to shoot it. First rifle showed up and the wood furniture was terrible, my gunsmith suggested that I return it, and ima was wonderful about it and sent me a beautiful example of a snider in it's place, while on the phone I explained to two separate people that my plan was to shoot it sense I had the tooling and brass already. I took the rifle to a gunsmith "as per ima's suggestion in the description of the firearm", my gunsmith said it looked mechanically sound but should be fired from a rest to be safe. When I shot it everything was great until I tried to extract the spent round, the chamber was way out of spec, and it was splitting the case's,. So I called IMA and said that I have to return it, they said because I had fired the rifle that it couldn't be returned, and that they do not suggest that their Firearms should be shot. I tried leaving a review on their website but they do not allow reviews under 4 stars, a bit shady. The rifle is beautiful for the type of collector who never shoots their Firearms, but for the rest of firearm enthusiasts this is just a 1200.00 cap gun, it's disappointing sense this is the third firearm I've purchased from them on a very limited income, at a premium price, the other two rifles were expensive but the quality is why I kept coming back. I would have even taken store credit towards my next purchase from IMA, but instead am being forced to eat a broken 1200.00 wallflower of a rifle:(.
