Very disappointing. I own a business that has high quality clothing. We took some items there to have them screen print them and they did when our next shipment cameRuined one item but overall was good.

I have been a customer for nine years. I placed an order on August 1st, 2013 for four jackets, four beanies, and four baseball caps with my company logo screen printed. I was told they would be ready for pickup in two weeks. I asked for a proof BEFORE they were printed . To make a long story short, I never got an email, only one return call from Harry to let me know he forgot to order the jackets, that they would be in a few days. A week passed. I called again and was told the order was ready 3 days ago, Again, no call or email. Harry had the wrong email and never bothered to call to get the correct email. I received it today after 46 days. It was only going to take 14.... POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO Discount offered for the trouble. I will buy elsewhere next time.. . .
