Literally the single largest collection of clowns I have ever run into. Just WOW. If you like to laugh at yourself for being a fool, make the mistake of purchasing from this establishment. I will not make that mistake again.
Hi! Thanks for supporting us over the past year. As mentioned in the first email, all mystery tubes are random and we cant adjust them to cater to past orders. It defeats purpose of mystery tubes being that they are all random. In regards to the second email, if a glow in the dark print isnt charged enough, the glow wont show. Your print was in a tube for 3 weeks due to Usps delays. We imagine it wasnt charged at all. If a lot of sunlight isnt working, we do suggest a little black light pen. Does the trick! And yes, those are great shops.

Great prints, but horrible customer service. My partner and I are very loyal customers who appreciate the quality of the work Bottleneck sells so much that we have spent over $1200 with them in the last year, alone. However, the few times we have had an issue with an order and contacted Bottleneck, the customer service team has been combative and dismissive in response to simple questions. Again, the artwork is good quality but if youre hoping for an understanding and helpful customer service experience, I suggest turning to Bottleneck competitors such as Mondo, Red Bubble, Mad Duck, Vice Press, etc.
Have been buying from Bottleneck for a while now and recently had an issue with some products. I emailed customer service with some photos and a description of what was happening and got a response on Labor Day weekend. Replacements were sent no questions asked and I had the new items within a week. To respond over the holiday, I don't know many companies that will do that, if that is not excellent customer service than I don't know what is. They will even combine shipping on multiple orders without asking, unlike many others. If you are looking to purchase art and posters, this is the place to do it, they are always fair and of course the artwork is top notch.
Top notch customer service. I moved between the time I ordered a print and when it was shipped. It got returned to them and they graciously shipped it back to me free of charge.
Extremely rude when I asked for an update for delivery time. Joe Bouganim and Arseny Libon then cancelled my prepaid orders out of spite. Completely soured a great fundraising effort. Avoid doing business with these people. They are sketchy.
