Hi A., Thanks for your review. We pride ourselves on having great customer service and know that our customers would agree. I'm going to assume you were the customer who was asking for pricing and when we were trying to give it to you (without actually being able to see the tags for the items you had) cut me off and said "Nevermind" and walked away. I'm not sure how this equates to us having poor customer service as we were doing our best to help you without physically being able to hold and scan the items. I think that this was a miscommunication and sincerely hope you'll give our store another shot. Thanks, Management

Although the selection was great. The customer service definitely lacked. I do believe if people are coming here spending their hard earned money at least show some type of respect. I understand we all have bad days but leave that negativity at home. Nonetheless you are here to SERVE if you are an employee, assistant manager, store manger, owner etc. Period!
Hi Robin, if you purchase something in store, there is no restocking fee. However, if you return OR exchange special orders, there is a 15% restocking fee. It is on the special order form that you fill out AND SIGN when you order your items (if you'd like a copy of your signed form, we can provide it) and it is also at the bottom of your receipt. We absolutely do returns OR exchanges on special orders, but we do charge the restocking fee because we pay to ship your items back to the warehouse and WE are charged a restocking fee. We're sorry you're unhappy with our policy, but every company has them. That and our customer service are what have allowed us to be in business for over 25 years.

Beware if you buy from here and have to return your items they charge a 15% restocking fee!! Which they do not mention at the time of purchase whatsoever. They say it is in the "contract" but they never actually show a "contract". They say they allow exchanges but this is a blatant lie. For example, I wanted to exchange some pants for the exact same pants in a different color. They told me it was not allowed. Therefore, I don't believe they should advertise exchanges if they don't actually allow them. Anyway, I don't expect this company to stay open long. No other company that runs business in such a way that puts the customer last ever does. RIP Scrubs by Design.
