I bought a Cold Steel swift knife about 5 years ago, use it occasionally and the spring for the clip that holds the blade open broke. Not my fault, not misuse. They claim to have lifetime warranties on their blades, and I would especially have expected them to come through with good customer service on a $250 knife. Ive bought many cold steel products over the years and wont buy any more after they told me they dont cover wear and tear. Then, they had the audacity to charge me $230 dollars for a replacement knife that I was convinced I was getting a deal on that actually sells for around $200. Ill be canceling my order and finding a different knife company

I purchased a magazine release lever for my rifle. It weighs less than a letter. They charged me 15$ for 5 business day shipping. I thought for that price I'd get 2 day shipping or better. Their shipping costs are ridiculous. Avoid them

The Truglo TFX suppressor sights for Glocks are a great product if.......... you don't have slide mounted optics :-( They are too deep / extend too far forward to clear the rear of RMR, HS507, HS508, HS509's etc. on all models and there is not a word about this in the ad's / desc. / specs.! I now have 3 sets that don't fit ANY of my Glock's and the seller wants a 15% restock because they aren't defective....... other than they don't fit / can't be installed. Very disappointed with Big Daddy unlimited and Truglo, a simple disclaimer would have prevented this!
