Ruined my Christmas stockings- On 11/27/2018 I brought in 2 stockings to be embroidered to Prints Charming. Along with the blank stockings I brought in 2 already embroidered stockings to match the embroidery. I spoke to the woman at the counter and asked if she could match the font of the done stockings. She said yes, filled out a form, and said she'd like to keep one finished stocking to match the font and color to. 12/5/18 I called and they said they were done. 'Josh' 'Ali' and 'Stevenson' were what was supposed to be matched. 'JAMES' and 'CALLIE' are what Prints Charming did. As you can see, the font, color, size, nothing is the same. I was told that they don't even have the right font when I said it was incorrect. Why didn't you say something when I ordered, call me later, or used a close cursive? Instead it is in all capital letters, huge sizing, and a different color. Why did they keep a stocking for reference? The woman I spoke to said they couldn't fix it, because it would ruin the stocking to rip the embroidery out and she refunded my payment.

I ordered some hats with embroidery stitching of my logo. My initial experience with the staff was good. Everyone was nice and the lady at the front counter took my order down in detail, asked me to send them the logo file, and assured me they would have the order done within 1-2 weeks. Almost 3 weeks later, I had to call them and ask how things were going and if my order was ready. They told me they hadn't even started on my order, and weren't sure when they could get to it. After pushing a little, they finished the order a few days later. There were many mistakes that I was initially reluctant to follow up on. I grabbed the worst 3 hats and went in for a visit to show them and the lady had the audacity to tell me I was being too picky. The errors were so obvious that I didn't want that to reflect badly on my brand. I think that's being honest and keeping the merchant honest as well. Bad work reflects negatively on your brand and so has this experience. They begrudgingly offered to redo 6 of the hats, but said they would call me with a sample first before they complete the rest. Two weeks later no call, again. So I call them and ask how things were going and the lady said they hadn't got to my order but they would call me before the end of the week with an update. They never called, again. This is a pattern and it's very frustrating. If they make it right, I'll change the rating I gave them, but for now it's definitely a 2 star based on my experience thus far.
