I have been purchasing from estate states for 10+ years and company's estate is by far the WORST company I have EVER dealt with. They are very unprofessional, RUDE, unorganized, and leave emails and voicemails unanswered. At our recent pick up the director was very rude to me, other customers, as well as the employees. A customer was missing one of his items and one the company's estates EMPLOYEES proceeded to tell the CUSTOMER that "if he was so uneducated that he could not keep up with his own things then it was out of his hands. That he should send someone with more intelligence to pick up his items in the future." They are clearly not worried about their clients, customers or service. Their only the money going into their pockets. I would highly recommend you take your business elsewhere.

Our buyers, over 14,000 regional registered bidders, most of the times seem shocked and amazed with the great finds often at a fraction of retail . Please keep in mind that this is a secondhand slash used furniture venue. Items are sold AS IS and WHERE IS. Additionally, buyers are cautioned to either request further information such us condition reports. Or to refrain from bidding if they do not possess enough information to bid comfortably. The photo of the coffee table that you purchased depicted the broken panel.

Ive purchased from Companies Estate Sales twice now. First experience wasnt good at all I learned that they only rely on photos and dont mention actual damage. They did however refund me three weeks later for the damaged item. Second experience did go off without issue.
I have shopped with this company for over 5 years and thoroughly agree with both the 1 star and 5 star ratings. I have had both experiences. Realistically speaking, problems DO occur. The good, even amazing, heavily outweighs the problems and they work REALLY hard to make it that way.
The terms and conditions of sale (including but not limited to payment, pick-up times, forfeiture, etc) are announced on every sale. In addition, potential customers are cautioned not to participate if they are unable to avid to said terms. It should be no surprise IF there is a short window to claim purchases. Also, alternative pick-up at one of our facilities is available for a fee to those unable to pick-up for free at the estate. I purchase from auctions frequently and have had terrible experiences with this company. On one occasion I purchased a piece of art to which they only allowed a 4 hour pickup time in the middle of the week; my girlfriend waited on line for an hour for them to tell her they "can't find the item", over a week later they "find" the item and charge me $40 extra for an "Alternate pickup"; another piece of art I purchased I had made arrangements for pickup at their warehouse and when it was supposed to be picked up they informed it it was sold to someone else because I failed to pick it up in time. I have since stopped doing business with this company as have other colleagues in the industry.
