I have had their website completely break down preventing me from paying bills along with roughly 19 different observable critical problems with their website ranging in everything from bad contact info, wrong pages, dead services, no longer functional service support functions but far and wide the most arrogant problem is their call line it can leave u hanging for 15 minutes or two hours regardless of how busy their dept actually is. Their current are not being given proper tools that can actually help them and every time i ever got any kind of conversation going i got the impression they were understaffed but they werent allowed to say it and even after they managed to fix my problem of not being able to give them *money* they didnt bother to let the call center know my stupidly critical problem was resolved. currently my latest issue is that i need to move and they held me on hold for 2 full hours before just hanging up on me every manager should be fired and this monopoly on orlandos electric grid should be given to someone that can actually do their job without over charging us. 120 dollars a month+ and they cant even get their website to work correctly? Are you serious OUC?
I'm leaving a five star review for Mr Robert one of the lineman who helped us with two properties. He completed both jobs the same day that took customer service a month and dozens of phone calls to figure out! He is amazingly fast efficient and professional! He deserves a raise!! Mr Robert is a bright shining example of what I wish OUC was!! A huges thanks to Mr. Robert!!!!

The only reason I give 2 stars is because I was able to sign up online for water service, but the service was not restored and was never able to reach out to customer service, and the only time I was able the operator hanged up while I was talking.
