Hi Michael. Im sorry to hear you didnt get relief. Knee pain often originates from deep in the tissue and we wouldnt recommend a topical only for very deep joint pain. No problem though as we can fully refund this purchase and direct you to a CBD oil product to take orally to get to the root of the problem. It may help to also try a stronger cream like our Deep Chill in parallel with the oil. Ill issue that full refund now and email you confirmation. The CBD rubbing lotion is not effective for knee pain. Used it for 3 days on my right patella tendon after a minor sprain and had no effect. That's after using it every 5 hours in a concentrated location.

I Purchased the Spruce Rest CBD oil 1200mg.and what a disappointment. It's not affective at all compared to Gold bee or Royal, cheaper also.

I generally do not sleep well. I wake up many times during the night. I have been taking 750mg Lab Grade CBD oil for 14 days now. I really notice a difference. Caroline Im so sorry to hear that. We have heard from a few customers who found the product slipped underneath the padding material and they found it later. But if it someone isnt there please email us through the website or just reply to your order confirmation email and we will FedEx a replacement package immediately. Update: I just looked through our records and found that our team addressed this and sent a replacement already earlier this week!

Im extremely disappointed. Received my shipment Sat afternoon. It was supposed to contain CBN oil. Upon opening, I discovered the box ONLY contained the brown shredded packing paper! Most expensive box of nothing I ever bought. Monday, I'll be asking for a refund or new shipment. If Im unable to get satisfaction from the customer service department, I plan to contact my credit card company.
