The worst eye doctor experience I have ever had. The modern and large office makes the prices seem okay, but what you get for your money is nothing. First, the front desk staff is extremely rude and unwelcoming. They will not help you with any questions, rather tell you to speak with the doctor. In the room with the eye machines, they tested my sisters eyes on all machines but then when it was time for my test they rushed me through and skipped some machines. In the eye exam room, we spoke about contacts and clearly were there to be fit for contacts and add on a pair of glasses. The doctor was nice but when i tried to order contacts from the front desk they told me I had to make another appointment and come back. BUT THEY MADE ME PAY FOR IT ANYWAY! I paid in full for all the services but was denied them. When I went back to pick up my glasses, I asked again and she said I had to come back. I spent $1,000 here and she still asked me to come back for a contact fitting. What was the appointment for then that I spent an hour in there doing tests and with the doctor? This is A MONEY SCHEME. To try and charge you for as much as then can and then deny you what you paid for. BEWARE!!

Had a 4.30pm appointment the didn't call me in until 5.30pm then the prices they charge for lenses are ridiculous. They messed up my prescription and all though it was a years ago(covid) never worn glasses they still want me to pay another $230. Not happy at all. Never going back. And I have insurance....

I've been taking my daughter here for several years. I wanted a place that specializes in pediatric eyecare. They also have large number of adult patients here and pretty decent appointment hours.

The personnel were attentive, knowledgeable, and courteous during my visit. I have been going to this office for a number of years.
