Shame on "The Citizen" for calling itself a newspaper. This document cannot be called a newspaper, as it only contains completely biased and racist propaganda for conservatives. There is another side and it is a shame that it is never represented. I am embarrassed having this newspaper in Peachtree City as it does not reflect any true Christian views. I have requested to be removed from deliveries but it still shows up on my driveway, only to go directly in the trash.

My husband and I have been here since 2003. We would not have disagreed with the posts shared 4 to 6 years ago. I participated on the pages of this newspaper using a pseudonym . Many different opinions were shared and some were bigoted. However, upon meeting the residents of Fayetteville and being extended the southern courtesy in the many business here, I know that the thought and treatment of minorities in Fayetteville,Georgia has evolved into one where the more than 20% minority population are considered Americans who happen to reside in Fayette County. I have witnessed The Citizen evolvement to include all members of Fayette County in the publication and I personally received courteous treatment from the editor to insure that I could continue to participate in the discussions when there appeared to be technical difficulties. The Fayetteville community represents the best of the evolvement of democracy in these United States. The Citizen, in 2016, represents the Fayetteville Community.

To whom, it may concern. I think it's most unproffesional, to fire someone, from a job, they failed to protect, because of a hurricane. Your not only a substandard notification service, but you are cancelled, and you're fired. I am going to work very hard to encourage other people to drop your publication like a rock, and to advertise with different companies that provide a greater degree of support & well being for its agents, employeeys, or subcontractors. Try to imagine how you have missed a golden opportunity, to have greater supported his efforts, & looked like a hero, to have your actions described by the public, as a Hero, and heroic, to also watch it go viral, from coast to coast, and drastically receive a 20-25% increase in the small circulation of your publication. But no, because the person in charge has an ego problem, and should be the first to be fired, for making stupid costly decisions, that prevented a much greater degree of loyalty. We buy your books, send you to school, and what do you do.... You eat the covers off the books, and throw the books away. I hope the universe pays you back, 10 fold, for you inhumane, unchristian like behavior. Shame on you. Robin Gambrel
