Went in for a tire replacement. By far the worst experience I have ever had. The service experience lacked communication, clarity & competence. Highly disappointed with the brand.

Was promised a car wash and didnt get it. Labor charge of $85 for 20 minutes work seems excessive. This is a lousy, disorganized service department. Wish I had another option...
