I got to say I'm very disappointed with the quality of customer service. Email responses that last for weeks constantly having to ask for more information on my order. Granted they do have no screen fees and quantity restrictions. Not worth the trouble unless my order wasn't a huge priority because it wasn't a big order, which was the impression I got. Then at the end I was missing a shirt that didn't make it on the invoice and now I feel like I put them out by ordering a shirt that should have been on the order in the first place. I'm not even going to waste my time getting that final shirt. Please use this review as a lesson to learn. I know I have.
Dear Vancouver and Clark County Peeps, Fifty Fifty Print has issues with good communication and fulfilling its obligation to its customers. When our studio called to complain about the service the response was... "Well, we were rated #1 in Vancouver do over a million dollars in business every year and your order doesn't even really meet our requirements to be a priority." This order that isn't a priority for them is a t-shirt order for a bunch of hard-working, fabulous young performers who are part of our studio family. It was paid for with money that these kids earned by busting their asses. You know what, Fifty-Fifty Print? My kids are a priority. ***UPDATE*** It's a miracle. After 3 months of waiting, our order is now correct, complete and being delivered today. Much appreciated, Taurea. I can't really recommend them, but I can say I'm pleased that we're finally getting our order.
Great people great prices professional attitude quick turn around and most of all amazing prints. Would never hesitate to do business with fifty fifty print. A+

One of the worst customer service I have experienced. The person answered the phone was very unprofessional. And How can I help you like we dont need your business which is okay, and she hung up the phone once I told her how I felt about The way she was approaching. They could be a good company but who answers their phone is super rude and unprofessional. That was at 4:25pm just few minutes before they closed and that could be the reason.
