Would not even rate!!! I took this brand new Jacket into Sand creek custom wears to simply have the Mr. Sub logo added, but no embroidery done. This is what I got in return," sorry but the zipper got caught in the press and no longer works but we aren't going to charge you for the printing, so you can pick it up at your convenience." Me having read the notification that's posted in the store am clearly confused why it's not up to them to fix the damage. After a short confrontation about getting compensated the owner goes behind my back and calls Mr. Sub, only when my boss offers to pay to have a new zipper do they finally give in and offer to pay 1/2...WELL ANY OPINIONS? Plz SHARE
