The worst customer service I have experienced for a long time. After ordering stickers on the website and numerous emails back and forth to confirm an order with staff, there has been nothing. No action. Crickets. I have chased up with a number of phone calls and emails with no response. Possibly the customers that aren’t ordering high dollar signage and only smaller items don’t matter? It’s a pity, as it could be those customers which I am one of, who bought items off Gav when he was selling stickers out of the back of a ute at shows 20 years ago. The ones who supported him in the beginning. It’s a shame, but I’m going elsewhere.

If anyone is looking for the best quality of signs etc then i will strongly recommend this place. The staff is really professional. Waiting time can be more but at the end you will not be disappointed with respect to your quality of work.

Appalling . I have been given excuses for 4 weeks now waiting on a quote for work...gave up and went elsewhere. Avoid this retailer.
