I bought a pool of this company and despite having a lifetime warranty on their fibreglass pools and after 15 years having to produce a copy of the original contract this company has decided that the crack in my fibreglass is of natural causes. No site inspection completed. Don’t use at all costs Ive had zero customer service since the pool was installed!!

Was harassed by the New Jersey manager after i went to her boss due to her lack of doing her job and disrespecting me and everytime i went professionally to the higher up it got worse and now being accused of taking equipment that was in fact not there’s and was mine a bag and a Bosch sander so still harassed after even being fired and they sell broken pools without letting the dealers or customers know

I can't say enough about this company. Front the top to the bottom, hands down they are a fantastic company to be associated with. We have been partners for the past 15 years. The level of support and partnership far exceeds my expectations. We have installed thousands of the Leisure Pools brand and hundreds of there Integra line of automatic covers.
