Worst customer service ever specially the registrar! I was misinform about my re-entry. I spoke to a lady today 95 2:25pm she was really rude. She sounded like she was eating and I can hear from the background she was saying omg why are you working there if you dont wanna help the students? You dont get paid from just sitting down. I really cant wait to be done so I can be out. Admission office and registrar are no help. They dismiss the story with our knowledge or help. I have so much more to say!!
Admissions lied several times saying they had my highschool transcripts !! I called back to see what's up with registration BUT then they tell me they never received it. Before this I tried to get in contact with them all summer, then finally another office tells me they only receive emails. I email several times and no response. I'm demanding my 70$ application fee. BCC Play witcho mamma not me.
The professors are amazing. In person.. Covid has thrown everyone for a loop, but the worst part about returning to this College is that the Professors really changed, forgetting that we are humans behind the virtual screen. Not in a sense of lateness, but in a way that they teach. The math professors write notes so that you can learn on your own, and some even used weights as grading scale. One math professor was so disrespectful that I just had to withdraw from the class. Not only was a few courses a lot to handle, one Math course in particular, the professor provided lectures in a poorly lit room, in his house.. on a whiteboard with dry markers. When I gave him a suggestion to place a light behind the white board and behind the camera, he threatened to press charges on me. He uploaded all of the quizzes late and gave no extra time. One Chemistry course I had to change because, the professor provided a very wordy text book for a basic highschool level chem class. He was very timid, and was so lazy and afraid to admit that he didn't even have office hours. They were switching the schedules at the last second before class would start, causing disturbances in the students schedules, especially students that have to work and go to school at the same time with no other choice. You'd go to enroll in a class that sais Monday-Thursday at 6pm, lectures.... Then you wake up with 1 day left until class and see, Monday-Thursday at 9am. They professors really showed their backside during covid and that they do not care about the students what so ever. I will never trust another professor in this school again. 1 More year and I am out.
