Still waiting to get paid, I cashed out 2/23/22 I called customer service 2x and it seems like no one knows anything other than telling me to wait 30 days. the head quarters are in NY but they claim the checks come from California It seems as if they offer you a cash out & still try and sell your items before they pay you. Im confused & I wouldnt recommend anyone to use this service. I could have just waited to get the full percentage from the sale if I knew it was going to take this long to be paid after cashing out check out the photos below I feel bamboozled they could have at least had a link to enter your account & routing number to have the funds deposited faster.update it is now 4/1/22 after numerous calls to the company, I still havent received a check yet..

Absolutely unprofessional and discriminatory. All the furniture I tried to get rid of was less than 8 months old and in perfect conditions (literally no scratches, stains, marks, etc.), but they rejected it because "it might not sell." They are very discriminatory because my items are from IKEA. They only receive furniture from the Buckingham palace, or the White House or something apparently. They only take expensive or high quality items. I submitted my items twice to see if they can approve them and they already rejected them both times. I am sorry I am not financially stable to be able to shop everyday at Z Gallerie. Such an awful service and very biased. Avoid this website at all times if you're trying to sell furniture. Unless you're a millionaire and your furniture is worth thousands.

We got an amazing sofa sleeper from article for a sweet price. It was listed as gently used and it looks brand spanking new. Our awesome delivery team - John & Emmanuel - were super sweet, fun, efficient and helpful. They helped us get it in just the right spot and went above and beyond. We really appreciate then and we love Kaiyo!!!!!!!!

Third-party carriers help us get items to locations we do not yet serve with our own teams, but offer a less standardized experience than that of our own white-glove delivery service team.
