This person has no record of ever doing business with Mr. & Mrs. Leads, this fake review should be removed. Edit 6-30-22 Here the fake reviewer finally admits to never doing business with Mr. & Mrs. Leads. His complaint here is he doesn't like the price so he's making up stories to ruin our reputation. It appears Google is okay with this type of behavior as you can see how other parties to this have been spamming our account with fake reviews since all these problems started happening months ago.

So there appears to be question of the validity of my review. Over the past 4 years I've referred friends, family, and clients to this company. In each instance they were overpriced or attempted to get them to purchase services that were outside the scope of what they were requesting. The particular employee tends to utilize bait and switch tactics often enough that I could no longer refer him or this company.

As you can probably tell from all the other 5 star reviews on here, Mr. and Mrs. Leads is the best. The team is super talented, patient (a useful skill when working with technological novices like me!), prompt and great with communication. They solved a bunch of issues with our existing marketing approach and even fixed our old website (that the website developers we tired to work with before couldn't fix) while they created our new website. They made the process of redesigning the ecommerce component very easy on our end. So grateful to work with Mr. and Mrs. Leads and would 100% recommend you do so as well!
