My wife Willa's website for her artwork was hacked recently. Although the illegally added link didn't seams to be connected to anything, the terrible words were showing on the web pages & the check out page, which was very distressing for us and for her customers. It was way beyond our ability to fix the problem and to get rid of those words, and we didn't know who to call for help. After calling a couple of computer companies, we were told to call Opt E Web. David Waters from Opt E Web talked to Willa on the phone, and got right to work. Although, the bug turned out to to be pretty sneaky and cleverly created, David persisted and was able to fix the problem, and get rid of those words from the website. He also made recommendations on how to make sure the site is 100% clean. We were so relieved to see the clean web pages again, and very grateful for all the work David did. THANK YOU!! Now we know who to call if we ever have another website problem, and will recommend David to anybody else who might have a need.

As the director of marketing for an Oregon-based company, I hired Opt-e-Web to build a website that would be a companion site to our corporate site. It needed to stand on its own and yet marry-in with branding guidelines. The design-to-build was a pleasant and quick process and the team was easy to work with. Good clean design and comfortable atmosphere. The team responded to all our questions and concerns with solutions in a prompt manner. Their pricing was reasonable and fair.
