I have never spoken with or worked for or with Danielle Ralston. I've asked Google to remove this negative review, as it's clearly spam of some sort from someone who has an axe to grind over something not related to my service or any of my company's offerings. I'm sorry that Danielle is as unhappy as she is, but the source of her unhappiness is not my company or our work. It's unfortunate that she's has decided to target my company, as hers is the only negative review I've received. Terrific customer service and prioritizing our client's success is what has made us a valued design agency in our community for over 16 years. We love Eugene/Springfield, and Eugene/Springfield has loved us for many, many years. We hope Danielle chooses to not use Google as a weapon to harm others in her community or elsewhere in the future.

Patrick was able to take my very unartistic idea and turn it into a great product for me. He pays very close attention to detail and I felt every inch on my project was well thought out.
