Hi Forest: We are a Premier Google Partner in Portland Oregon. We in no way are Google but have been an SMB Premier Google Partner for 10+ years. There are other Partners and Premier Partners in Portland and all over but we are indeed a higher level then most. Google no longer offers the SMB Premier Badge but does offer the support to select agencies like us. Possible its was that that wasn't conveyed correctly. I'm sorry that you feel that you were mislead and I would please like to hear from you personally. Please call me, my name is James. We recorded all of our calls for quality assurance and I would like to know whom in my agency made this call to you and listen to it. The only way we can correct any possible behaviour like this is to know. This company uses deceptive marketing practices making it sound like they are Google during their cold calls. They are not. They will then tell you they are the only "Premier Google Agency" in Portland, they are NOT a Google Agency and they are NOT the only Premier Google Partner in Portland, not by a long shot. I do not trust this company to handle my data.

We would never make multiple calls to a business that isn't a client. This company keeps calling me and I get charged long distance roaming charges to Canada. I can't seem to get off their call list. Does anyone have any ideas about how I can get rid of these nuisance calls?

In February 2023 I ask James to contact me to give my website a makeover. I never heard back from him. In July of 2023 I again personally ask him to contact me as I had been waiting 5 months at that point. He told me someone would contact me the following week. It's now February 2024 and still nothing. Therefore, I hired another company to assist me with my project. I highly suggest you look at other companies for your digital needs. Response to Owners comments. There was not any miscommunication, I showed you the three different websites we want makeovers on, one was Electronic Resource Associates that we wanted not only a make over but SEO work in addition. During my second attempt to become a customer, I again explained the scope of the projects and you assured me that someone would contact the following week. So the only communication issue was your failure to do what you agreed to do. Companies should not be required to remind you to contact us, most companies would have handled the request from a potential customer the first time they received the sales inquiry.
