Terrible front end customer service. Made several attempts to contact in 2021 and 2020 with no response. Web content forum, voice mail etc. When I finally received a call back and made apt, the sales rep canceled and never called me back. I went with another marketing company

There has been enormous change in the internet over that time. We’ve invested heavily in building what we believe is the most advanced web platform available for better buildings companies. We offered to upgrade you to the advanced platform at a substantial discount--as much as 80% less than what hundreds of companies similar to you have paid, to grandfather your monthly fees, and to include a complete redesign in that price. Our sole objective is to do right by folks like you that were early clients--I assure you there was no margin for us in the pricing we offered. Summary: Energy Circle is a shake down artist. I have been a customer for close to 10 years and paid $ thousands for their service. They recently contacted me and told me that they are transitioning their platform and I need to pay $2,500 or they would cancel my website. Additionally, the monthly cost would increase by 82%. Upon my protest, they said they would see if they could bring the costs down and get back to me. Low and behold, they came back to me and said they were able to "reduce our man-hours" by providing a much simpler site and it would "save" me $500. No thank you Energy Circle, go shake down someone else. My company organically shows up on the 1st page of local builder searches through SEO I have implemented, not much of what they have done. I found an acceptable alternative that will maintain my own SEO organic for $ thousands less. If you are really interested in getting on the first page of search results, you don't need Energy Circle.
