Hi Mark - I'm very sorry you had a bad experience trying to obtain council and a quote from our agency. I connected with Danny, our Account Manager, who you were speaking with and he confirmed that he did indeed drop the ball and never circled back after he communicated that he would. I called and inquired about building a new website and I was then directed to their website to schedule an appointment on the owners calendar. Then on the day of the appointment the owner sent me an email saying he needed cancel the appointment. He said he would be back in touch soon and it’s already been 3 weeks. We already moved on to another company that’s now building 2 websites for us then managing the SEO on them. If your looking to physically talk to an expert to answer a few basic questions about SEO and building your website this is definitely not the company for you. Their website experts seem to avoid any phone conversations prior to scheduling the calendar meeting and when your patient and schedule a phone consultation they cancel and never follow up with you.
