Don’t trust Rajeev Gandhi, unable to deliver what he promises, we had experience in 3 loan different submissions . had issues in 2 closing costs on closing day, had to bite bullet. 3rd one condo hotel loan which he doesn’t specializes and prolonged the process until my loan commitment date and i lost that property in florida in march 2021.

Mr Ramachandran 1. your never connected or completed application and never authorized me to pull credit 2. I have a text message to back me up where I told you that I have secured for you 5/1 arm, you never responded 3. You never got back to me, you want to shop, follow a protocal, provide full application and let me pull credit 4. I saw this and i was surprised bait and switch, you never officially applied. on top of it never read my text, 5. after seeing this I called multiple times, sent emails, you never bothered to reply. 6. Always rationalize, do your part and then make comments whcih are worthy 7. you cannot blame lack of clarity or not providing a quote as bait and switch, it is not in good taste. you don't have time to fill application or call me, just demanding stuff without doing your part. when i said found one it is your responsibility to ask for rates. Hope this review is corrected or removed for wrong information.

Bait and switch …Rajeev gave me 6.35% rate quote for 5/1 arm on 19th Oct( mortgage rate peaked exactly on this day) , then he changed the rate to 7.35% on 30th Oct (I was told that he could not find any lender that was offering the 5/1 arm loan program at that time ).He’ll give you quote for something that is not available in the market and then change the rate just before your closing date . Update: I received an email from Rajeev on 18th Dec saying he actually secured a 5/1 arm for me on 30th Oct and had sent an message in regards to that , but I did not read that or ignored his message and he claims that this review is misleading , so he is asking me to respond to his 18th Dec email or he is planning to take appropriate action (he did not mention what kind of action). I have given some additional details below, you can see for yourself based on this info whether this review is misleading or not. on 30th Oct, @ around 1.00 P.M : Rajeev mentioned that he could not find any lender that was offering the 6.35% interest rate 5/1, I told him that I chose his business mainly for that reason, so I'll move to other lender if he can't find it. on 30th , @ around 3.00 P.M: He sent me a message saying that he found one (he did not mention the interest rate) and asked me to send some details. I had sent those details immediately and asked him to send me the quote. on 30th , @ around 6.00 P.M : I had sent another message asking him to send me the quote. He did not respond to that message also and did not try to contact me in any form after that message, he actually ghosted me. Disclaimer: My experience with this business is very bad, but I have no knowledge how they operate their business in general , so please do your due diligence before making any decision . To this business owner: If you really have any material evidence that invalidates any of my statements here , you can post it here to prove your credentials, but stop sending any threatening emails to me hereafter, if you send any email like the one that you have sent me on 18th Dec , I'll report it to FTC. Update #2 ( response to this owner's response #1, 2,3 & 4): I had sent a message to Rajeev asking him to send me the quote for the 5/1 arm @ around 3.00 P.M on 30th , that is the last message , I did not receive any response from him until this 16th Dec after I posted this review. Google is not showing this review if I post a screen image of my chat conversation with Rajeev , otherwise I can post that here.
