I applied for a position at Digital Strike, the owner reached out to me via email, and asked writing examples, etc. We were emailing back-and-fourth, I spent probably and 1.5hrs in total emailing him. And he ghosted me, I emailed back (3 days later) asking for a update on the hiring process and heard nothing. Personally, I find that very rude, I took a lot of time out of my day to apply and collect a lot of writing samples just to be ignored. He may treat his clients well, but the same does not go for applicants. The sad part was it seems like a neat place to work at.
