We are disappointed to see this review from business that was conducted nearly 2 years ago. SignDealz, a sign company in Denver founded by William Hayes, did agree to and sign a 12-month contract in August of 2014. After 4 months the CEO, Mr. Hayes, called one of our partners and explained that his company was in financial trouble, had to fire their CFO, etc. At that time he informed us that he needed to cancel his 12-month contract after only 4 months of service. To be clear on his allegations, we give businesses projections on when they can hopefully expect to see results from our services, but never at anytime did our partner inform Mr. Hayes that he would obtain #1 rankings or that it would definitively be achieved in 4 months. This is simply not how SEO works, since Google controls the search results, nor is it part of how we ever have or ever will conduct business. After a few attempts of trying to work with him directly on a solution, Mr. Hayes told us that he spoke to his attorney who told him that he didn’t have to pay and that we would have to take legal action. So, in turn we had our attorney send him a letter asking for payment (keep in mind this was in early 2015). Mr. Hayes contacted our attorney, admitted to not fulfilling the contract he signed and agreed to setup a payment plan on the outstanding invoices. Over the last 2 years, he has continuously admitted to not fulfilling the contract and has setup multiple payment plans through our attorney; all of which he has defaulted on. Approximately 6 weeks ago, he contacted our attorney and stated that he didn't want to make any more payments, but would rather settle for a lump sum payoff amount. At that time he owed us approximately $19,000. Through our attorney, we settled the debt with him for one lump sum payment of $4,500, again making a substantial sacrifice to simply end this unfortunate situation. Like the payment plans we had setup with Mr. Hayes prior, the $4,500 check never came. Our attorney called him again, and Mr. Hayes said he didn't have intentions to pay and we would have to take legal action. Please keep in mind we've given Mr. Hayes nearly 2 years to make this right by us making sacrifice after sacrifice. As of last week, our attorney filed a petition in hopes that he would finally pay what has been blatantly owed to us since 2014. Apparently that did not sit well with Mr. Hayes and he has since taken to review websites to slander our company as well as one of our partner’s names. At the end of the day, his issue was never truly with Leap Clixx, it was with his own financial circumstances. Here we are nearly 2 years later, and now he's all of a sudden so unhappy with our work that he’s leaving negative reviews. Leap Clixx has been in business for nearly 4 years and has an impeccable reputation as you can see on HubSpot’s Partner Directory (https://app.hubspot.com/partner-directory/), as well as Google & Facebook, and most importantly the BBB (http://www.bbb.org/stlouis/business-reviews/advertising-internet/leap-clixx-inc-in-saint-louis-mo-310562703). We've never had a single complaint filed, which as we all know, there's always somebody that's not happy out there. Though it is sad that this situation has come to this point, we hope that Mr. Hayes will eventually realize the true circumstances here and recant his merit lacking review.

I hired Leapclixx in 2014 to help me with my SEO. Met with the owner, Chans Webber, where he basically told me that they would have me in the number one position in our service category within 4 months. We were paying them $5000 a month in services starting in August of 2014. During the first 4 month from August 2014 to December 2014 our traffic actually decreased and we saw no improvement at all. Understandably, when you are paying $5000 a month, I was completely unhappy with the results and asked terminated the contract in December of 2014. Since then, Leap Clixx has hired an attorney to pursue us and attempt to collect fee's on the remaining portion of the contract from 2 years ago, even with the poor performance, that we will easily show from 2014. I would recommend making sure you do your due diligence in regards to the claims LeapClixx makes. Looks like our case will be settled in court.
