We take service and performance matters very seriously, however, we don't have any record or recollection of any customer experience fitting your story and description, nor can we verify anything about your identity from your Google+ account, which appears to have just been created for the purpose of disparaging our agency. After reading your review, it is clear that you have never done service with us based on the following facts: 1. The profile pic used on your G+ profile is one of the first images on google search for the search query "pic of nice man" 2. Our service is never spotty or sloppy. We always perform our work with quality at top of mind. 3. Our reports are actually automated, and we would never spend 30 hours working on one. We also don’t use automated variables like “Insert Company Here” since every reporting dashboard is custom built and updated in real-time. 4. We maintain a record of every task and work item that is completed for all of our clients. We would be anything but silent if asked to pull our work. 5. We never lose interest in our clients and their businesses. We also focus on both conversions and rankings. 6. We would never quote a $4,000/mo backlink campaign - We would, however, customize an approach that can effectively provide an ROI on a 4k investment into digital marketing. 7. We also work with helping remove or deal with fake reviews from profiles like yours that try to damage a company’s reputation. We paid this company about $20,000 and not only did our rankings not go up, but they went down dramatically. Their service was pretty spotty and frankly sloppy. For example, reports they gave us at our monthly "meetings" for which they supposed had spent 30 hours working on, were cut and paste generic reports still showing items like "insert company name here". Asking pointed questions about what work was supposedly done was met with silence on many occasions. After a few months, they lost interest in us and basically tried to focus on conversions rather than our Google rankings. They were supposed to be doing back linking for us and for our monthly fee of $4000, we got one or no backlinks. They were supposed to do blogging for us and work on Google plus and this never happened either. I can't tell you how much I really feel ripped off. We had to pay them in advance for any work done. Never do this! Only pay after work is completed.

We not only fulfilled on all areas of the scope, but spent many additional hours at no charge to get the website completed. We were also the contracted party building your website, this project was not bid by our company nor do we take any responsibility for the project. We were contractors hired to complete a website, and we went above and beyond to help all parties feel good with the end outcome. We are sorry that you personally did not feel satisfied, and that you felt the need to come after us with this review vs reviewing the actual company you hired to complete this project. Of course we are more than happy to be re-hired with a new scope of work should you feel the need to take advantage of our expert level services that continue to astound the companies we work with.

As a Veteran and small business owner finding this company has been amazing! Mike Adams answered my call and setup a demo. He easily explained and showed me how it all works.
