Amber, I'm sorry that you experienced different account managers and the longer than expected timeframe (not quite 10 weeks but longer than we both had hoped). After 4-6 redesigns of one page I took over the account and within 48 hours you had 2 designs which you said "perfect! It looks great" - screen shot of email - https://www.51blocks.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/Updated_Designs_-_michael_51blocks_com_-_51Blocks_Mail.png I mentioned on the phone that your site which you paid a 1-time fee for would have SEO - titles and descriptions but does not include ongoing SEO - content creation, backlinks...etc. Nowhere in the contract does it say that we would provide on-going SEO services. Sorry, that you were not happy and that we did hit those bumps in the road with the changing of AM's. This is why I immediately refunded the full amount immediately - less than 2 min after we were off the phone.

Save your valuable time and money. I just got a refund because I had a terrible experience working with founder Michael as well as the project manager I was assigned. 51 Blocks has a high turnover rate, they promised me services and even made a promise through a contract and then once the designing process started began to adjust the contractual agreement that we began with and decided not to provide the services they agreed to. Ultimately I decided not to move forward because after working with a project manager who continued to make excuses and took 10 weeks for what was contractually agreed to only take two I requested that I work with someone else, and founder Michael took over the project. Michael has terrible customer service skills and is arrogant. He was the one who decided that even though my project was taken on by their original customer service rep who has since quit and replaced by another rep who is already quit, that he would not abide by the original contract that was made. Very rude and over all terrible experience!

We do agree that our team could have done a better job with your technical request and we once again apologize for our mistake. Because of our experience with you, we changed our company policy to no longer accept programming requests from clients where we use their SEO budget (yours was $300/month) to ensure we're allocating the proper resources to manage requests.

Consistently incapable of providing basic and simple web services. If you have the slightest knowledge about IT or websites, you will be disappointed. After about 10 issues, my company finally decided we had enough. Plenty of other companies out there who will provide more value for your money and will be able to work without making repeated mistakes.

As you mentioned, we were able to take you to #3 in your rankings on the first page after previously falling off completely and along with that, showing a 24k turnaround from a $8100 SEO investment outside of PPC which we were also running to result in your $40k reported revenue per month. Of course there are other factors outside of those two marketing strategies but our team’s work accounted for a good portion of your overall monthly revenue which we feel proud of driving especially when we were not allowed access to control the look or user experience on your website. The site and the way it functions can certainly make or break conversions. The great news is that after 9 months of SEO, those core strategies will continue to help you for years to come. And while we did not believe we were the best match for your company going forward we wish you the best!

I am very disappointed with this company. The blogs they proposed were written with glaringly wrong information. The staff turn over was so high it was difficult for me to keep up with who my contact was. They could never just call me. They always wanted to schedule a call and for me to call into a conference call. They did help my SEO ratings, but the final straw is when they bragged that and $8000 investment has brought me $24,000 in sales. They thought that $24,000 in sales was equal to $24,000 in profit as if she had tripled my investment. She then asked me how much I would be willing to pay for $24,000 in sales. I told her $3000 would be about right and she got offended and fired me as a client and told me to take my business else ware. My new company has already found several problems and started correcting them.
