Hello Brad, we apologize for the bad experience you had with us. Your project was outside of our normal business model which is why we designed a brand new site completely separate from your original site. There was a hosting issue which caused this rare error which streamed to all sites that were hosted on the shared IP. Regarding your 1 time upfront cost for web design, this was supposed to be refunded to you. If it wasn’t, you will definitely get a 100% refund. Again, we apologize for your bad experience.

UPDATE: 10/28/16 ...totally ethical firm. After posting this review they quickly got in touch with me and made me aware they had thought a refund had been issued. I let them know it had not and they were very prompt with the refund of the initial web build fee. Solid business practices. We did not have a good experience with this firm. They created a site for us (which we paid for) which was quickly flagged as duplicate content by google. That page was than to be recreated to correct the problem and we waited weeks for its recreation. We checked in several times and finally gave up as it was obvious the company was no longer interested in our business. Absolute waste of upfront money to design a generic website which looked nice, however did nothing.

There must be some confusion here, you rank #7 and #4 for “carpet cleaning Bakersfield” and all related terms. As of 8/1/18, this is where you rank due to our 1 month of services. Looking at your link profile, our work is still at the top which is driving your rankings. You hired us for SEO then canceled after 1 month due to the fact that we hadn’t redesigned your website fully. Something we only do for our clients which costs us more in the short term than what you were paying for our services. We were actually investing more into your company at the beginning than what you were paying. As the founder and CEO of Soderman Marketing, I was not informed about your account and the representative assigned was removed from our company shortly thereafter. I physically talk with all clients before being onboarded so ensure quality standards for clients we work with. We did not communicate at all so there might have been a couple hiccups short term, but to say we didn’t get you good results for the month that you were with us is just not being honest. We do quality work and you rank much better now (8/1/18) than before hiring us – with just one month of services. After looking into your account, notes said that we were doing a complete website redesign along with SEO. Notes go on to say that you canceled because of lack of communication on the web design which was almost complete after a month. SEO takes time and you don’t see benefits for a month or two after work has been done, which is why you rank so well now. I do apologize for lack of communication but we still did the quality work that we do for our clients. Which again, is why you rank so well now. With that said, ranking naturally fall which is why I mark the date a few times. As far as the refund, we were never informed of any refund. I will take your word that you asked for a refund before the billing month and issue you a refund. Please email the transaction number to support @ Soderman marketing .com Again, apologize for lack of communication early on.

I’m not one to easily take time out of my busy day to write a review. But I must tell anyone thinking of doing business with this company to beware. Heres what I was told listen to see if any of this sounds familiar to what they told you. I was told I would get a weekly update by phone every Friday . I was told my website would be live in three weeks after Onboarding t I was told they would post content for me on my social media accounts I was told I would be billed month to month any of this ring a bell. Well none of the above ever happened . Now I will tell you what did happen when they began to optimize my website I immediately dropped of of google I could not even find my company they said it was due to all the back links and rich content they were adding to my online presence.Well After reaching out to them multiple times and telling them I could no longer even find my business on google I was told that they were able to find me and that I was ranking well above were I was before. ONBOARDING. Well I finally did find my business on google and I was ranking way lower than I was b4 Onboarding with this company and to this date my ranking on google has been ruined and has not gotten near were I was before using them...Well as you can imagine I cancelled my service and after cancelling they still charged my credit card . I was told I would be receiving a refund but they lied about that to I have not received my refund. If anyone thinks I’m exxagerating the truth I have multiple recorded voice messages and text messages to and from them that prove all I have written in this review.

With today’s technology it is quite possible to run your entire business online. In my 3 years of business doing Yelp and ads on craigslist, I never seen my weekends become booked as fast as they are now. I owe it to Randy at Soderman Marketing to bringing life back into my photography business in Phoenix by doing what he does best in marketing.

If any business didn’t get the SEO results they expected with Soderman Marketing, then they left too early or expected overnight results. We are on our 3rd location with Soderman Marketing and even though the second site too a bit longer to see the SEO results, both are now in the top 3 for the keywords we wanted. I had expected much better results after 6 months. Took them a while to take me off the billing cycle, but at least my money was returned.
