First off, the product I received was TERRIBLE. Not only did it look nothing like the picture, but it was completely squished! I ordered a hat that had terrible stitching, deformed & the colour was off. Secondly, I was lied to by the CEO Daniel Khailo, who had told me he would do right by not only resending the order, but by also sending a special gift to make up for his employee for creating bad products. (Which is terrible to blame an employee for in the first place) After promising me this, months have gone by & i still haven't received ANYTHING. Ive Reached out multiple times (about 7+ times) and have yet to get ANY type of response-estimated arrival time, apology, explanation or anything. Ive reached out through every social media platform possible. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! It is completely unprofessional. All they want is your money! Save it guys! 1 star shouldnt even be an option. 0 stars.
