Not very professional when it comes to their staff, they don't train anybody up, they expect you to pick it up after being shown once! They don't speak to their staff with respect. If you make a mistake(nobody is perfect) they think rather than speaking with you to your face, while your at work, they send you home early and then EMAIL you to fire you!! They have however admitted they should of went about it better and will in the future and i hope they actually do this.
As soon as we realised the customer had failed to supply the correct postcode we arrange to reroute the delivery. Even though this was not our error as everything is automated. The customer refused to be civil.

Paid extra premium for next day delivery. Item did not arrive. Funky lables refused refund on extra premium paid for next day delivery. The lady on the phone was extremely rude and she put the phone down whilst in conversation.
