Please do not use this company. They seem very professional at first, but do no work and keep charging you, even though we have on numerous occasion tried to end their service, they continued to charge us. O star!

Incompetent marketing and SEO company, most of there agents are in India, they are incompetent, have not produced any meaningful results and even when you cancel their services, the company continues to send you fake AI generated reports and charge your credit card. Do not trust the Texas Headquarters which is just a front in the USA. All phone calls are re- routed to India where the service is dismal, they stall and refuse repeated written request to discontinue their services. I used their services for 1yr but saw no results, so I requested to terminate they services. This should be a no brainer, but it was the hardest thing to do. They just kept sending fake reports and charging my credit card. I had my CC company block their charges and they were still able to bill me for two additional months. They are thieves, be warned. I wish I knew this ahead of time. I am also making a compliant wit the Better Business Bureau in NY.

The is truly the worst company I have ever worked with. They took our website down after admittedly we made a mistake and cancelled. Once we realized we made a mistake and asked for it to be restored,, they restored it but then took it down again saying we needed to move to a different server. . After calling for technical support I was sent to India to a woman with barking dogs in the back ground. If you are looking for a professional company that is based in the United States, this would not be this company.
