I have had several memorial pieces made by Tydrops. The owners are very detail-oriented and gather a lot of information to ensure your piece is a true reflection of your beloved pet (or human) who has passed on. They are very respectful in how they handle cremains. I felt perfectly comfortable sending mine along, and got gorgeous mementos to honor my pets. In addition to the specialized memorials, they make many other beautiful glass item. Ornaments, dishes, votive holders, coasters, spoon rests, jewelery and MORE! After receiving the pendant I ordered as a gift, I'm wonderfully satisfied with the artistry and the beauty of the piece I received. I couldn't resist it when I saw the picture of the pendant on TyDrops website, but that didn't even do it justice! It's stunning! I noticed so much detail that I missed when viewing it online. I had a piece made with my cat's ashes in the shape of a cat face. It's so beautiful & precious to me. The ladies were so patient & caring when I wasn't sure what I wanted. They asked lots of questions and made sure that they understood what I wanted. I definitely will be ordering more pieces as I need to. Great caring ladies.
