Firstly I would like to thank you for taking the time to give us a review. It is only through feedback such as yours that we are able to maintain and indeed where necessary improve on our services that we provide. Actually moving this as this is who this person is: If you want to to get a picture of who she is as a person just take a look at her past reviews and what she complains about. I wish I would have done that and wouldn't have worked with her to begin with. Next without trying to work this out like a civilized person she took me to small claims court eith zero notice and the judge found in my favor. Who does that? Next $1,100 for 4 months of Search Engine Optimization plus migration of your old website from a sub standard hosting account AND recreating the site from scratch due to the other site being on a "lite" version of WordPress is dirt cheap. Not to mention my suggestion of redoing the site to begin with and actually picking your domain name for you. If thats not worth $1100 I dont know what is. Well with all of that being said... I was very disappointed to read of your experience and your report on our services. While an apology will regrettably not alter the outcome of your experience on this matter, I do extend it will all sincerity. I certainly empathize with the points you mention in your review specifically regarding where your back links were posted. Your SEO budget was extremely low so I had to do what I could based on that super budget to get you the results that you were looking for. My intention is always to help my clients and yours is the first one to review me in a negative light. I have removed all of the links you have mentioned in this review and thus your website is back to where you have started not getting ranked at all. I paid Webmaster Services Hawaii a large sum of money to write Original-Organic Blogs with Links to my new website ( A Rebrand of My Therapeutic Massage Business 15 years). Webmaster Services Hawaii wrote Copy/Pasted Blogs (considered spam by Google) with Inappropriate Sexual Text, Pictures, and Ads with Links to my new website. I used Back Link Checker and discovered the Inappropriate Blogs Linked to my new website. No other SEO Company has ever written any Blogs for my brand new Website except Webmasters Services Hawaii. I am more than dissatisfied. I've been ripped off and my business reputation has been badly affected.

Webmaster Services did a fantastic job building a website for my business, and also ebuilt a website for a professional association I am affiliated . My business website was down for 3 days when I looked up a web designer. I looked up the best reviews web designer and found GARY. I text the number online requesting help with my website. I text my domain name and the issue. GARY text me back immediately and said that he can talk now. When I called Gary he was already on my website and had an idea what the issue was. I immediately gave him my passwords and he worked on the issue immediately. My issue was my hosting. Gary told me what to do on my end while he worked on the issues on his end. The issue was resolved and my website was back to not only normal, but now at its fastest speed ever. It took a few hours. The price for the work and time that I need was $170 which is a lot less than I expected and less than what I would have lost in clients if I waited longer. I recommend Webmasters services hawaii. I feel so much relief knowing that I have them on hand when needed.
