We had sent you an email about the artwork you originally sent being usable, which meant we only needed the materials to proceed to set up the project and schedule production. We apologize that that was not made clearer. I spoke with the team and due to the lack of clarity, we can waive the rush fee for your project. As for the quote, we could not find any records of a quote prior to the one sent today, with pricing based on the color change for the different bags. Ended up not moving forward with work. Complete lack of communication despite repeated emails and my visit on site. Finally got a quote after asking repeatedly: much higher than originally discussed and now asking for a rush fee. Complete waste of time.
